Sage BOV820BSS the Smart Oven Pro with Element IQ

The vast majority of appliances and mini ovens need somebody to adjust the settings, control most of the work and keep a beady eye over the proceedings while it is in operation.

While this particular mini oven doesn’t take out all of the work on your behalf, it is certainly the cleverest on the market. Thanks to clever technology which can adjust the settings as it cooks, your food will be perfectly done, and there is no fine adjustment needed.

There are ten pre-set functions, including bake, pizza, cookies and a handy slow cook if you have any meat or casseroles to prepare. You aren’t just limited to these though as they’re simple to override.

Heat is given from a convection fan method, so it is spread evenly throughout the entire cooking chamber and will not fluctuate during cooking. Five quartz heating elements adjust throughout the process and get the heat to where it is needed.

Getting it ready is also seamless, taking just minutes to warm up so little preheating is needed. There is a toast function too, taking away the need for a separate device dedicated to this which is great if you are low on space.

The inside of the oven is small so don’t expect to be able to fit your existing baking trays and shelves in. But it comes with a tray and rack which seem to suffice for grilling and cooking to your heart’s content. It is the priciest on the list, but Sage items are sturdy and reliable across the board.
