Homedics Bubblemate Footspa and Massager

The Bubblemate foot spa is for those of you out there who, as the name suggests, very much like their bubbles.

The bubble strips are present to deliver just the right amount of bubbles and vibrations for a relaxing sensation. There isn’t too many so the water starts overflowing, or too few so it is basically still water.

A removable pumice stone can help you to polish up and soften the skin on your feet before you take a dip, so they are in top condition.

As for the three settings, they are massage only, heat and massage and heat and bubbles, so you can choose to have a quick relief of aching muscles or choose to keep the water warm for a more prolonged soak.

For the money, you get a generous amount of features. The ability to keep the water at a nice temperature is a specification which can sometimes be missing on the more expensive and less well-known brand models.

Even though it will keep the water warm, there is a user safety cut out limit of 30 minutes so you can’t go beyond this. We found that this was an ideal time anyway, as any longer is not recommended as the benefits start to disappear.

The noise is noticeable when it is in use, so it may be best focusing on the experience as opposed to multitasking and trying to watch TV at the same time. The massagers aren’t strong, and as some can be a bit too strong, this allows you to focus on the bubbles more. Overall, for the price, this is above expectations and a great starter model.
